Cleaning and polishing all cupboards and drawers inside and out, removing stains, marks, dirt and fingerprints
Clean the fridge and freezer inside and out*(must be defrosted)
Clean the hubs and oven inside/outside*
Clean the microwave inside and out, and remove stains and marks where possible
Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
Clean the extractor over the cooker*
Clean and wash the sink, *remove limescale, polish
Clean and wipe the door, and remove marks and fingerprints where possible
Hovering and mopping the floor (if not carpeted)
Steam cleaning of tiles and floors, making it germ-free (charged extra) (upon request)
BATHROOM & TOILET
Clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, toilet bowl inside and out, polish where necessary
Clean and wash the bathtub(shower cabin), polishing the tabs
Clean and wash the tiles, and between the tiles, *remove limescale
polishing mirrors and glasses
Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
Clean the cabinets inside and out (if there are any)
Clean and wash the sink, polish the taps
Hovering and mopping the floor
Clean and dust the fan (if reachable)
Clean and wipe the door, remove marks and fingerprints
Steam cleaning of tiles and floors to remove stubborn dirt and kill germs (charged extra)(upon request)
LIVING & DINING
Clean and wipe down doors and the door frame
any furniture outside only – *inside on request, and additional time may require to take the belongings out and place them in after cleaning them
Any sofas will be vacuumed; the cushions will be lifted and vacuumed underneath*
Move light furniture (if possible), vacuum underneath and behind

What is NOT included when you book an End of Tenancy Cleaning with IVS
PLEASE NOTE, what is NOT included in the price:
*Cleaning of ceilings, patio, gardens, painted walls.
*Moving of heavy and /or damaged furniture.
*Moving outfitted appliances such as oven/cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc.
*Wooden, plastic or metal blinds are not included in the price (an extra charge of £8 per blind will occur if they are required).
*Parking fees are NOT included in the price. The Customer is required to provide/pay them!
*Carpet cleaning is not part of our standard list of end of tenancy cleaning tasks. Carpet Cleaning is a separate service and must be booked/mentioned separately!
*External windows Cleaning is not included and provided in our End of Tenancy cleaning tasks list! *Must be booked separately with the relevant professionals!
